ANBI status

De Stichting Smith Magenis syndroom Nederland is aangemerkt als algemeen nut beogende instelling (ANBI). Schenkingen die u doet, mag u aftrekken in uw aangifte inkomstenbelasting of vennootschapsbelasting. Ook hoeft er geen schenk- of erfbelasting betaalt te worden over uw schenking of erfrechtelijke verkrijging. Voor ANBI’s is er namelijk een algehele vrijstelling opgenomen. Uiteraard moet de verkrijging wel het algemeen belang dienen. Op deze wijze komt u schenking of erfrechtelijke verkrijging volledig ten goede aan de doelstellingen van de ANBI. hier kunt u zien dat wij daadwerkelijk voor de Belastingdienst als ANBI zijn aangemerkt.
